Change is our everyday life, confronting us with complexity and uncertainty. To bring about real change, we need dialogue, co-creation and suitable structures for change management. A high capacity for change in teams and organisations is critical to success.

A sense of belonging and community is fundamental to successful collaboration and confidence in a world characterised by disruptive change. To solve complex problems, we need effective collaboration between people with different expertise and experience.

I support teams in transformation - those who want to reorganise and develop themselves and/or those who want to anchor change effectively. To this end, I design customised process support that enables learning and development through a diversity of perspectives and co-creation. 

My interventions aim to have an impact right from the start, within a stimulating framework. This is how I bring teams into interaction and dialogue. Based on their strengths and always goal-oriented - even with unexpected twists and turns - always following the common thread to which I lead small and large groups back safely.  That is my passion. This creates flow that helps teams achieve their ambitions.

As a systemic organisational consultant, I not only focus on people, but also on their environment with existing rules, systems and structures and temporal aspects. After all, a sense of unity, values and training alone are not enough for successful transformation. It also requires a focus on organisational forms that enable optimal value creation and solutions that can be integrated into everyday working life. I help your team to combine both dimensions effectively. With more than 15 years of experience in companies in the media, reinsurance and banking sectors, I bring not only specialist know-how in people and organisational development, but also strategic planning and implementation skills, proven expertise in change and project management and my own leadership experience.

My core competencies and key interests lie in change excellence, building high-performance teams - which are the backbone of resilient and adaptable organisations - as well as systemic consulting, support and facilitation in profound transformation processes. Among other things, I was responsible for the People & Organisation Development of the media company TX Group in the role of a co-lead. In this role, I built up the organisational development function, systematically strengthened the ability to change across all levels of the organisation with structured change management and successfully anchored the transformation support, culture, team and skills development services in particular.
